Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and manage
on-ground sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth,
managing field executives, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within
assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Manage and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and maintain client
relationships.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales effectively.
• Train and support team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter-strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
