We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth and customer acquisition in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and local networking.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Maintain daily reports of client meetings and market updates.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and after-sales support.
Minimum 1 year of experience in core field sales (BFSI / FMCG / Telecom / Insurance preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel locally.
