Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers to increase lubricants sales.
Identify and approach potential customers like mechanics, garages, and retailers.
Promote and sell automotive lubricants in assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Execute field sales visits and product demonstrations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity.
Provide feedback from the market to management
insure product visibility and branding in retail outlets
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall performance.
Travel frequently within the region for meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
