Paytm is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives (FSEs) to drive merchant issue resolving, QR code activation / deactivation, and promotion of financial and digital products across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have a strong understanding of the local market, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Visit local merchants and businesses daily to close the ticket them on the Paytm platform.
Activation and Paytm QR codes, soundbox, and EDC devices deployment and replacement.
Educate merchants on the benefits of Paytm’s financial services like GOLD SIP.
Close daily tickets raised by merchants.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant query resolvement.
Maintain accurate records of visits, merchant details, and sales performance.
10th / 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or FMCG.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills are also welcome.
Should own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (preferred).
Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of mobile apps and digital payments
