Job Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
Visit dealers, contractors, builders and construction sites to promote product.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor and market information.
Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
Submit daily visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills in Kannada
Ability to build customer relationships.
Interest in field sales and business development.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
