## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across:

* 🎓 Education

* 🏢 Real Estate

* 🍽️ Food & Beverage (F&B)

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, real estate businesses, restaurants, and other prospects.

* Understand client requirements and present suitable services/solutions.

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, market research, expos, and trade fairs.

* Schedule client meetings and deliver professional presentations.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from **lead generation to negotiation and deal closure**.

* Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client onboarding.

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, databases, spreadsheets, and sales reports.

* Gather client/prospect feedback and coordinate with internal teams.

* Support senior marketing executives with promotional events, digital/traditional campaigns, expos, and trade fairs.

* Take ownership of lead generation, conversion, client nurturing, revenue generation, and overall business development.

## Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in **Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field**.

* MBA is preferred.

* **1–4 years of experience** in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

* Experience in **Education, Real Estate, F&B, or B2B sales** is preferred.

* Experience working with **schools/educational institutions** will be an advantage.

* Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent relationship-building and follow-up abilities.

* Good understanding of sales, marketing, market research, and negotiation techniques.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

* Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

* Strong customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
