💼 Position: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹3 Lakhs per annum + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Close sales through cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Identify potential prospects and generate new business opportunities.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term engagement.

• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.

• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to improve results.

• Maintain and update the client database regularly.

• Report daily/weekly performance metrics and feedback to management.

✅ Job Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of sales techniques (training will be provided).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.

• Comfortable with field work and client interactions.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology effectively.
