💼 Position: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹3 Lakhs per annum + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Close sales through cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Identify potential prospects and generate new business opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to improve results.
Maintain and update the client database regularly.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics and feedback to management.
Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales techniques (training will be provided).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.
Comfortable with field work and client interactions.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology effectively.
