We at Sage & Spices (by Fore Phase) are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Catering) segment. The role involves visiting and pitching our high-quality range of spices—both primary spices like Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, etc., and blended spices like Pav Bhaji Masala, Garam Masala, and more—to small hotels, cafes, restaurants, and catering services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for showcasing product quality, explaining our competitive pricing, and ensuring consistent product placement while building long-term relationships with clients. The position also requires generating new business opportunities, collecting regular orders, taking feedback from customers, and achieving monthly sales targets while reporting activities to management.
We offer strong support to our sales team including competitive product pricing, high-quality offerings in both primary and blended categories, training, and product knowledge sessions. The compensation package includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives to reward growth and sales achievements. Prior sales experience in FMCG or the HORECA sector is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills, the ability to travel locally to meet daily/weekly visit targets, and a self-motivated attitude with a growth mindset.
