We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our dynamic team. The role involves promoting our online medical learning solutions by engaging with medical students and professionals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring student engagement through proactive field activities.
Visit medical colleges (UG & PG) daily to promote DocTutorials products and services.
Pitch and demonstrate the app to students and doctors effectively.
Achieve key targets such as app downloads, sign-ups, and lead conversions.
Conduct in-person presentations, client meetings, and on-site sales closures.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and medical professionals.
Attend medical conferences, college events, and networking sessions to generate new business leads.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales (preferably in the EdTech or healthcare domain).
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Time management and self-motivation for independent field work.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
