Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Visit clients and project sites for meetings and business discussions
Generate new sales leads and convert them into orders
Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
Maintain sales records, client data, and follow-ups in ERP software
Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Experience in field sales or site visits preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of ERP software is mandatory
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Salary & Perks:

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
