Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
· Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, portals, and digital platforms
· Follow up on inbound and outbound leads provided by marketing or presales teams
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Handling
· Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and property preferences
· Present residential or commercial properties effectively
· Conduct property site visits and client meetings
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and closing conditions
Closing & Documentation
· Close sales and assist clients through booking and agreement processes
· Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for documentation and payments
· Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Relationship Management
· Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
· Provide post-sales support and address customer concerns
· Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Market Knowledge & Reporting
· Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
· Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates
· Provide feedback to marketing and management teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
