Build the business pipeline — your core job Convert new businesses every day for commercial video data collection, and stack your daily count to unlock higher earning slabs Go where the value is: factories, manufacturing units, workshops, service centers, commercial kitchens, warehouses, printing & packaging units and facility management operations — multi-worker and 2-shift environments pay off most Complete the conversion form fully and accurately for every business, same day A converted business means a real, reachable business that is scheduled and ready for recording
2. Scout and expand your territory Map and open up nearby towns and industrial clusters assigned to your zone Spot new commercial categories and corridors with high recording potential before anyone else does Build corridor-level knowledge: which streets, estates and clusters hold the densest concentration of qualifying businesses
3. Own recording day Support field operations on recording days at the businesses you converted — resolve owner concerns, access issues and scheduling conflicts on the spot Keep your internal coordinator updated on pipeline status, scheduled recordings and on-ground issues Maintain the relationship: a business you convert should stay warm right through its recording cycle
