The Business Development Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, building business relationships, promoting AK Packs (Leafed India) products, and driving B2B sales growth in the assigned territory.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new B2B clients
Promote AK Packs (Leafed India) products to potential customers
Build, maintain, and grow business relationships
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities
Meet monthly sales targets and achieve revenue goals
Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations & product demos
Understand client requirements and propose suitable packaging solutions
Handle client queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing customers
Maintain lead database and update daily visit reports
Track inquiries, quotations, and order status
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, pricing, and order processing
Support after-sales service and ensure client retention
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Multi-language speaking ability preferred (Tamil, English, Hindi, or other regional languages)
Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset
Strong presentation & convincing skills
Time management & planning ability
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM use preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers may be considered based on communication & personality)
Experience in B2B sales preferred
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to travel for client visits daily
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
