
Assistant Sales Manager – Direct Channel (Life Insurance)
Role Objective:
To generate business through direct customer interaction and achieve sales & revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through leads or direct sourcing.
Promote Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings, etc.).
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans.
Maintain strong follow-up for lead conversion and policy issuance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
