
The Assistant Sales Manager – CASA is responsible for acquiring new Current & Savings Accounts, building customer relationships, and supporting branch business growth while ensuring compliance with Axis Bank policies.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts) through field sales and branch referrals
Source NTB (New to Bank) customers
Cross-sell banking products: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Insurance, Mutual Funds, FD/RD
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank norms
Achieve monthly CASA targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with branch operations team for account activation
Provide excellent customer service and query resolution
