JOB TITLE : FIELD OFFICER
LOCATION : HYDERABAD
Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for executing on-ground operations, including customer interaction, data collection, product/service delivery, and field reporting. This role requires extensive travel, direct engagement with clients or vendors, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit clients, vendors, or designated locations to carry out field assignments.
Collect and verify documents, forms, or data as per company guidelines.
Deliver products, services, or information to customers efficiently and professionally.
Maintain regular communication with the office team and provide field updates.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards.
Report any field-related issues, customer feedback.
Support in market surveys, audits, or promotional activities when required.
Maintain daily activity logs and submit accurate reports to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: High School/Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred (based on role complexity).
Previous experience in fieldwork, sales is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Familiarity with the local area/geography.
