We are looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist who can think, plan, execute, and take ownership of social media growth for Midgrow and its client brands.
This is not a posting-only role. This is not a Canva-only role.
You will be responsible for what content is created, why it is created, how it performs, and how it improves.
If you are someone who needs daily instructions, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning (Primary Responsibility)
Create content strategies for different client brands based on their business goals
Plan monthly and weekly content calendars
Decide content formats (reels, carousels, static posts, stories)
Write hooks, reel concepts, and script outlines
Identify relevant trends and adapt them for brands (not blindly copy)
2. Execution Coordination
Give clear briefs and instructions to video editor and designers
Ensure content is created and delivered on time
Coordinate revisions and approvals
Maintain smooth workflow between team members
3. Content Publishing & Engagement
Publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
Handle basic engagement (comments, replies, non-sales DMs)
Ensure consistent posting for Midgrow and client accounts
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track content performance (reach, engagement, saves, profile growth)
Prepare simple, clear performance reports
Identify what worked, what didn’t, and what to change next
Report results, not just activities
Requirements
1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook content strategy
Experience handling multiple client accounts
Ability to plan content aligned with business goals (not just aesthetics)
Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Comfortable coordinating with editors, designers, and internal teams
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in agency environment
Knowledge of trend analysis tools or competitor research
Basic understanding of ads creatives (not campaign setup)
Experience with local business or service-based brands

Salary & Terms
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
3-month probation period
