Midgrow is looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager who can independently manage content creation, design, planning, client communication, and overall execution for both Midgrow’s brand and multiple client brands.
This is a responsibility-driven role suitable for candidates who want long-term stability, serious growth, and the opportunity to lead social media operations.
Plan and execute detailed monthly content calendars for multiple brands
Research industry topics, competitors, and latest trends
Create content ideas for reels, posts, carousels, and stories
Develop hooks, conceptual scripts, and content angles for better engagement
Analyze weekly performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Create high-quality graphics, carousels, brand posts, and social media creatives
Maintain modern, clean, and consistent brand identity for each client
Use professional design tools for premium output:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
Create basic motion graphics/CGI-style elements using:
Adobe After Effects
Other lightweight CGI/motion tools (Runway, CapCut Desktop, etc.)
Select high-quality stock visuals, audio, and clips for reels
Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and other platforms
Follow platform best practices, hashtag strategies, and posting formats
Optimize content for reach, retention, and engagement
Study analytics weekly and report performance insights
Ensure content quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Manage and guide interns with clear tasks, briefs, and deadlines
Review interns’ work and ensure quality before publishing
Create structured briefs for editors and designers with references and style expectations
Maintain workflow, task hierarchy, and proper communication
Coordinate with clients to collect content, photos, requirements, and approvals
Present content plans, ideas, and updates to clients professionally
Handle urgent client requests and revisions responsibly
Deliver consistent and reliable output without delays
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced-level design work)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vectors, branding assets, layouts)
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics & CGI-style elements)
Ability to create structured layouts in Figma
Understanding of:
Visual hierarchy
Typography
Color theory
Clean carousel design
Ability to create reel concepts, storyboards, and content flow structures
Understanding of export settings for different platforms
Basic knowledge of AI-based tools for faster content generation (added advantage)
Strong content writing skills: hooks, captions, scripts
Strong research skills (industry, competitors, trends)
Ability to handle 3–6 client accounts simultaneously
Strong brand understanding and consistency maintenance
Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
Analytical thinking (reading insights and improving strategy)

First 6 Months (Probation): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on skill level)
