Marketing & Procurement Executive (Solar Industry)

Location: Sikri Office, Faridabad (Includes local market visits) Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with a quick learning ability are welcome)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to handle a hybrid role involving Digital/Virtual Marketing and Local Procurement. The ideal candidate will help grow our brand online while ensuring smooth sourcing of materials from local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Virtual Marketing: Managing social media handles (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), creating basic promotional content (posts/reels), and responding to online solar inquiries.

Local Procurement: Sourcing solar components (mounting structures, cables, earthing kits, fasteners, etc.) from local vendors at competitive prices.

Vendor Management: Finding new suppliers, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with local distributors.

On-Ground Assistance: Visiting customer sites to collect photos/videos for marketing and performing basic site surveys when required.

Logistics Coordination: Ensuring that materials purchased from the market reach the project sites safely and on time.

Requirements:

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using smartphones, social media tools, and basic apps like Google Sheets or Canva.

Market Knowledge: Good understanding of local industrial markets in Faridabad and surrounding areas.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to haggle with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.

Personal Transport: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for field visits.

Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic English for digital coordination is a plus.
