Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media accounts, increasing brand awareness, and generating audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.

• Design basic creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.

• Develop content calendars and social media campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends and create trending content.

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.

• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and marketing activities.

• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility through organic strategies.

• Assist in running paid social media campaigns when required.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Basic graphic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of content creation, reels, and short-form videos.

• Understanding of social media analytics and insights.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream.

• Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong social media knowledge can also apply.

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
