Profile- Inside Sales/Telesales Executive
Location- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Working days- 6 days working and 1 week off.
Salary slab- 15 to 18k in hand salary
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the Indiamart product
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Meet required sales targets on weekly / monthly basis
Complete Daily / week Inputs targets (Talktime & Product Demonstration on call)
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & objection handling skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections
Graduate in any stream is a mandate (Result awaited / pursuing graduation will not be considered)
Executive needs to have an Android mobile phone
Pan Card / Aadhar Card availability is mandatory
