As a Lead Generation Executive you will call prospective customers, explain product features clearly, qualify interest, capture accurate lead details, and hand off warm leads to your senior for closure. You are the first point of contact — your product knowledge and communication skills turn conversations into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential customers following the assigned list/campaign.
Present product features and benefits confidently and answer basic product queries.
Qualify prospects using set criteria (need, budget, timeline, decision-maker).
Capture accurate lead information and activity in the CRM/system immediately after each call.
Pass qualified/warm leads to senior sales/executive team with clear notes and follow-up recommendations.
Achieve daily/weekly lead-generation targets and contribute to team KPIs.
Follow-up on pending queries and support the senior team with required information.
Maintain polite, professional tone; escalate product or customer issues to seniors when needed.
Participate in product training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th) pass; Graduate preferred.
Excellent spoken English and local language (Marathi/Hindi) proficiency.
Strong telecalling & persuasion skills with a customer-first attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM, Google Sheets, and email.
Good listening skills and attention to detail for accurate data capture.
Fresher-friendly — freshers with good communication skills encouraged to apply.
Prior tele-sales / lead generation experience is a plus.

Number of calls per day
Number of qualified leads passed to seniors
Lead conversion rate (handover → closed)
CRM data accuracy and timely updates
