Job Description:
What You will do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while maintaining proper call etiquette
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate, complete information
Explain company products and services clearly to prospective and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow up on assigned leads
Convert inquiries into qualified leads and potential sales opportunities
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to build strong relationships
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm site visits and appointments with clients
Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status in CRM systems
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, inquiries, and conversions
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead closure support
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
Candidates pursuing graduation may also be considered (for freshers)
Fresher candidates are welcome
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support preferred
Experience in inbound & outbound calling, lead generation, or sales support will be an added advantage
