Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and confident Kanada-speaking Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada and communicate information effectively.

• Explain products and services to customers and answer their questions.

• Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a polite and professional tone.

• Report issues and customer feedback to the supervisor for process improvement.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in Kannada (mandatory).

• Experience: 0–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience (freshers welcome).

• Good communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
