We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support customers by providing accurate information about products/services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
🔹 Required Skills
Good communication skills (verbal & listening)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong customer service attitude
🔹 Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus
