About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with people, and are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make 70–80 outbound calls per day to clients/customers.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

Explain compliance-related services professionally and accurately.

Maintain call records and update relevant information in the system.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable speaking with clients over phone calls throughout the day.

Self-motivated and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.

Open to an incentive-based compensation structure.

Comfortable working remotely.

Mandatory Requirements

Own laptop (mandatory).

Stable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.

Availability to work 5 days a week.

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST (aligned with EST business hours).

Daily working hours: Approximately 6 hours.

Preferred Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to achieve daily calling targets.
