Tele calling

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our Tally-related services, generating leads, and maintaining good client relationships.

Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to businesses and clients regarding Tally services and software solutions

-Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits in a professional manner

-Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customer

-Maintain customer records and update call details regularly

-Handle customer queries politely and provide proper assistance

-Coordinate with the sales and support team when required

Requirements:

-Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

-Positive attitude and convincing skills

-Basic computer knowledge

-Fresher and experienced both can apply
