Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives up to ₹5,000

Job Description

Credfin Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Collection Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding overdue payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending payments.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.

• Negotiate payment plans with customers when required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.

• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Experience in collections, telecalling, customer service, or banking/finance is preferred but freshers may also apply.

• Basic MS Office and computer skills.

Compensation & Benefits
