We’re looking for high-calibre customer experience professionals who can navigate conversations with confidence, handle escalations with composure, and represent a global brand with professionalism.
📍 Location: Sector 3, Noida
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 CTC/month

What we’re looking for
• Graduates with 1+ year of BPO/Call Centre experience
• 1+ year of experience in Social Media / E-commerce processes like — Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
• Strong command over social media escalations, customer concerns & complaint resolution
• The maturity to handle negative feedback diplomatically while protecting brand reputation
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & X (Twitter)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
