ROLE: Relationship Manager
• LOCATION: Mumbra - Thane
• WORKING DAYS: Tuesday to Sunday
• JOB OVERVIEW : The Relationship Manager (RM) will act as a single point of contact for assigned customers on behalf of the Developer. The role focuses on payment coordination, customer communication, issue resolution, and post-sales support throughout the project lifecycle.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Track and manage customer-wise payment plans shared by the Developer
➢ Send payment reminders at least 7 days prior to due dates
➢ Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections
➢ Address customer queries related to payments, construction progress, and project timelines
➢ Handle and resolve customer complaints and negative feedback within defined timelines
➢ Assist customers with documentation required for flat/commercial unit registration
➢ Maintain ongoing customer engagement, including birthday wishes and milestone communications
➢ Ensure all customer communication is done using official SIM cards and company provided mobile devices
• SKILL REQUIRED & QUALIFICATION:
➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
➢ Good customer-handling and follow-up abilities
➢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
➢ Ability to manage multiple customers efficiently
➢ Graduate preferred (any stream)
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
➢ Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Post-Sales, or Collections
➢ Experience in Real Estate / Developer / Construction industry will be an added advantage
➢ Prior experience in handling a large customer base is preferred Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply
