We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into appointments or sales through phone calls and follow-ups. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in building relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, or tenants from provided databases or lead sources.
Understand client needs and present suitable real estate options (properties, projects, investment opportunities).
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Schedule appointments and site visits for property viewings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly call quotas, lead conversion, and sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, new projects, pricing, and competition.
Handle initial objections and route qualified leads to senior sales agents or closers.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team based on customer responses and trends.
