Job Summary
AKV Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to generate qualified leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in selling residential plots, villas, apartments, and commercial properties. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a target-driven approach. Real estate telesales teams typically focus on lead generation, follow-ups, appointment setting, CRM updates, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases.
Handle inbound property inquiries received from digital campaigns and portals.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and offers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and customer meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
Update customer information and call records in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales Managers and Field Executives for conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Share customer feedback and market information with management.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Only Female between 21 - 30 Year old
1.5–3 years of experience in Tele calling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate Sales.
Knowledge of real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle objections and close appointments.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
150–200 calls per day
20–30 qualified leads per week
10–12 site visits per month
Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio
CRM update accuracy and follow-up compliance
Compensation & Benefits
