International Customer Representative

Job Title: International Customer Service Executive (BPO)

Location: Airoli, Thane, Ghodbunder Road

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on experience & process)

Job Summary

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for International BPO Customer Service roles across multiple domains including Utility, Banking, Telecom, Travel, Logistics, and Backend Operations. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to deliver high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, email, or chat

- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality

- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems

- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines

- Utility Customer Service

- Banking Customer Service

- Telecom Customer Service

- Travel Customer Service

- Logistics Customer Service

- Backend/Non-Voice Operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:

- HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 6 months of BPO experience

- Graduates (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

- Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Basic computer knowledge

- Ability to work in rotational shifts and graveyard (night) shifts

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice processes

- Familiarity with CRM tools

- Customer handling and conflict resolution skills
