Job Description – French Voice Travel Support Executive
We are hiring skilled French-speaking voice support professionals for an international travel support role based at the Thane (Work From Office) location. This role involves assisting global customers over voice for travel-related queries while delivering high-quality service in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions in French for travel-related support
Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
Maintain service quality, productivity, and compliance with process guidelines
Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting communication and quality benchmarks
Eligibility & Skills:
Qualification: HSC with minimum 6 months experience or Graduate freshers eligible
French language proficiency: B2 to C2 (mandatory)
English communication: C3 to C2 level required
Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment
Interview & Assessment Process:
Interview rounds include HR → French AMCAT → Operations → French Language Round
French AMCAT score of 60 or above is mandatory and must be completed before the Operations round
Piplette and client rounds are not applicable
Work & Shift Details:
Location: Thane (Work From Office)
Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts
Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs
Joining: Immediate joining preferred
Sourcing: Candidates can be sourced Pan-India (subject to transport feasibility)
Transport: Strict adherence to Thane IBU transport boundaries
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (based on profile and eligibility)
