Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
Provide support and resolution for customer queries
Assist candidates/customers with portal navigation and process-related support
Maintain accurate case logs in the required tools
Follow escalation procedures for unresolved issues
Deliver high customer satisfaction and achieve SLA targets
Maintain quality standards and process compliance
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and supervisors
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good technical aptitude and quick learning ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ticketing tools
Strong customer handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
