About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve queries, deliver exceptional service, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international clients.
• Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as per process.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
• Achieve daily/weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR, etc.).
• Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as required.

Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and night shifts).
• Prior experience in International BPO/Customer Support preferred but not mandatory.
