Work Location: Watch Your Health – Thane (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (9 hours)
Transport: Pick-up & drop facility available from Thane station

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will assist users with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from clients.

• Assist customers with service-related queries, appointment scheduling, and basic troubleshooting.

• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and program offerings.

• Resolve or escalate customer issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.

• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company processes, service standards, and turnaround times (TATs).

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / help desk / client servicing roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tools

• Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail

• Language Preference- Hindi, Fluent English
