Role Overview: We are looking for candidates to provide voice-based technical support for India customers, assisting with troubleshooting queries related to personal systems and printers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls for personal systems and printers.
Diagnose and provide efficient technical troubleshooting solutions.
Guide customers through step-by-step resolution processes.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly In-hand: ₹21,000
Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2000 per month
Work Schedule:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Shift Timing: Day shift (Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
