Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or resolution.

• Maintain call records and update the CRM system.

• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely closure.

• Meet daily/weekly call and quality targets.

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [Regional Language, if applicable].

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers preferred; prior BPO or customer service experience is an added advantage.
