Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an international/Domestic voice support process. The role involves handling global customer queries, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international/Domestic customer calls professionally
Provide timely and accurate query resolution
Maintain proper CRM documentation
Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6-12 months International/Domestic BPO Voice experience (Mandatory)
Domain Preference: Travel / Aviation experience preferred
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English
Accent: Neutral Indian accent (No MTI / RTI)
Skills: Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge
