· Responsible for interacting with PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance.
· Responsible for out calling PAN India customers/prospects of Liberty General Insurance.
· Responsible for delivering the relevant KPI’s designed for the assigned job role.
· Responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction survey.
· Responsible for Upsell and Cross sell as per the campaign running at the Contact Centre.
