Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a BPO Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
