Job Description
We are looking for Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice processes. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice Process.
Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
