Job Description – BPO / Customer Support Executive
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team in the BPO sector as Customer Support Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines.
- Update customer details and interactions in the system.
- Achieve daily performance targets while maintaining service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
