Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve product or service queries within defined timelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate technical or complex issues.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Age less than 32

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a customer-first mindset.
