Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our stakeholders, including beneficiaries, donors, and partners. Your role will involve engaging in professional and empathetic conversations over the phone, ensuring queries are resolved, and support is delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to communicate with clients, donors, and stakeholders.
Provide accurate information about the NGO’s programs and services.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-ups using internal systems.
Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues as needed.
Uphold a positive and professional image of the organization at all times.
Key Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Confident, clear, and empathetic phone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience in a customer support or tele-calling role is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
