About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Freshers (0 years) to experienced candidates (up to 4 years) are eligible.

• Comfortable working in international shift timings (night/rotational shifts).

• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Must be willing to work from office.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Previous experience in BPO, call center, or customer support roles.

• Experience in an international voice process will be an added advantage.
