Job Role: Customer Support Executive L1
Location: HSR Layout (Work From Office)
Salary - 20k to 22k in Hand & CTC more than that
Eligibility: Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience is preferred
Languages: English and Hindi(mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner
Identify and evaluate customers requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed
Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent communication
Required Skills:
Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously
Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Excellent problem-solving abilities
