Process: Swiggy Order Monitoring Team (OMT)
Process Type: Outbound Calling
Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls regarding order monitoring and customer coordination.
Follow up with customers, delivery partners, and restaurants for order-related updates.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain proper call records and update system details accurately.
Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and target-based environment.
Salary & Benefits:
